Who We Are?

We are a family run Auckland based house inspection service. With our home in Pukekohe, we serve from as far south as Te Kauwhata, all the way up to the Harbour Bridge in Auckland City including Waiheke Island. No extra charge for travel! We love serving the local community. All the inspections are carried out by Jeff personally. We are not a franchise, nor do we have any employees. Our reports are accepted by all major banks. 

All Property Inspections include full moisture testing. Weathertightness issues are the primary focus of our inspections. We pride ourselves on our exemplary service & customer feedback. We are passionate about helping you make the right choice!

We Are Very Thorough

  • We will comment on all the areas of your property with no help from "AI" 
  • We look up in the roof space, walk over the roof, crawl under the house, open all doors and cupboards, etc. etc.  
  • Check all electrical fittings, plumbing connections, comment on the general conditions of all structural materials etc. We will also look through the LIM & comment on flooding. 
  • We will produce a written report with lots of photos to refer back to when negotiating.
  • We now offer METH TESTING. Same day results! From only $150 + gst
  • We can also do presale reports, new build handover reports & maintenance reports.
